I would choose Australia over Japan and Bolivia because there are not many bad things about the comparison. Some of these good things include: Having a better chance at being employed, living longer, and spending less money in Health Care. The only bad thing on the list, is that you make less money. I think Australia would be a great place to live or go on a vacation to.
Owen, you were supposed to go over the material, the research you used to make the decision. You should really re-write this piece and resubmit it to your blog so that it is up to the standards of publishable writing.
